Terms of Service

Welcome to Nasib (نصيب). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nasib mobile application and related services (the "Service") operated by Nasib Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nasib. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• You have not been previously removed from the Service

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account information up to date
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Community Guidelines

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines at all times. In particular, you must not:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Post content that is sexually explicit, violent, or promotes illegal activity
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without our consent
• Create fake or duplicate accounts
• Impersonate another person or entity

Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you post on Nasib. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We may remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Nasib offers subscription plans (Free and Gold) and in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Gold features until that date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any past billing period.
• Deleting the App or Account: Deleting the Nasib app or your Nasib account does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription directly through your device's app store settings.
• Refunds: All refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Nasib cannot directly process refunds for purchases made through these platforms. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
• Cross-Platform Transfers: Subscription transfers between iOS and Android are not supported. If you switch platforms, you must cancel on the old platform and re-subscribe on the new one.

Virtual Items and Store Purchases

Nasib offers virtual items through the Dekken (Nasib Store), including but not limited to: Dafshe (Boost), Ya Latif (Super Like), Awwal Nazra (First Impression), Dahab virtual currency (purchased), Njoum virtual currency (earned from received gifts), and virtual gifts.

By purchasing or receiving Virtual Items, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• License, Not Ownership: Nasib grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Virtual Items within the Service. No title or ownership interest in Virtual Items is transferred to you.
• No Real-World Value: Virtual Item balances do not constitute real-world monetary value, stored value, or any form of currency. They cannot be exchanged for cash, legal tender, or monetary equivalent.
• Earned Currency (Njoum): Njoum are earned when you receive gifts from other users. Njoum may be redeemed for cash through supported payment providers (e.g., Whish Money), subject to minimum balance requirements, holding periods, and verification. Njoum that have not been cashed out are forfeited upon account closure with no compensation.
• Non-Refundable: All Virtual Item purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• Non-Transferable: Virtual Items cannot be transferred, traded, sold, or gifted to other accounts. Any attempt to transfer or sell Virtual Items outside of the Service is prohibited and may result in account termination.
• Account Closure: Upon account closure — whether voluntary (account deletion) or involuntary (termination by Nasib) — all unused Virtual Items are permanently forfeited with no compensation.
• Modification Rights: Nasib reserves the right to manage, regulate, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice. We may adjust pricing, availability, functionality, or content of Virtual Items as we see fit.
• Final Purchases: All purchases and redemptions of Virtual Items are final.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

Safety

We are committed to user safety but cannot guarantee that all users will behave appropriately. You are responsible for your own safety when interacting with other users, including when meeting in person. Review our Safety Center for tips and guidelines.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Nasib Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

AI Assistant (Dalil)

The Service includes an in-app AI support assistant called Dalil. Dalil is provided for informational purposes only and uses third-party language model technology. By using Dalil, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Dalil's responses are not legal, medical, financial, psychological, or relationship advice. Treat them as general information only.
• Dalil's responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always verify critical information through official channels (the Help Center, our contact page, or in-app settings).
• Do not rely on Dalil in emergencies. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services directly. Dalil cannot dispatch help or take action on your behalf.
• Do not share sensitive personal information with Dalil — including passwords, government ID numbers, financial credentials, or details about other people.
• Messages you send to Dalil are processed by Nasib and its AI sub-processors as described in the Privacy Policy. Conversation history is stored in our database for support and audit purposes and is deleted when you delete your account.
• Nasib is not liable for any decision, action, or outcome resulting from your use of Dalil's responses.
• Nasib may rate-limit, suspend, or disable access to Dalil at any time, including for abuse prevention or operational reasons.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Upon account deletion:

• Your profile will be immediately removed from the Service
• Your data will be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period
• During the grace period, you may reactivate your account by logging back in
• Some data may be retained as required by law

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF USERS, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE. USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NASIB INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
